Transition to Fall

Don't you just love opening your closet (or walking in, if you're lucky enough) and finding absolutely nothing to wear? There is nothing more confusing to me than the awkward transition from denim shorts and sandals to scarves and sweaters. What happens in those in-between days, aka the entire month of September? Well, I sure as hell never know what to do, but it seems a lot of bloggers out there are doing it right.
